Wizkid steps up…

Is it not written in the holy Bible that out of the mouth of babes and sucklings, came forth praise? Right now, Nigerian whiz kid musician, ‘Wizkid’ is engrossed in his Star Boy label. To this end, the rising star recently announced  the ‘signing on’ of expert production hands, Mutay and Zei. From every indication, Wizkid (real name: Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun) is daily growing from a starry-eyed 19 year old youth on Banky W’s Empire Mates Entertainment (in 2009) to a Nigerian star that is becoming a master of the game. The Pakurumo crooner has been listed in Channel O’s 2013 Top Ten Richest/Bankable African Artists as well as the fifth on America’s top business magazine, Forbes. Incidentally, the whiz kid was a year older recently. “Happy birthday, Wiz kid.”
